Prior Castle Inn

We were in the Cardiff suite on the lower level, and it was really spacious with a wonderful jacuzzi tub. The building felt beautiful and comfortable, and the garden was full of hummingbirds. Breakfast was very nice too, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also very close to downtown and the waterfront.

We got engaged during this trip, and this B&B made an already romantic week even better. The food was fantastic, so we never went out for breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive, and even brought our bags up after we dropped them off early. It's about a six-minute drive to the city center and within walking distance of a gorgeous rose garden. I'd book here again in a heartbeat.

We'd definitely come back. The inn is in the lovely Rockland district, with Government House gardens, the Greater Victoria Art Gallery and Craigdarroch Castle all an easy walk away. Inside, it's comfortably and delightfully furnished, and quiet. The full buffet breakfast was amazingly delicious.

We spent five nights here and loved the comfortable, spacious room, helpful and friendly service, and lovely breakfasts. Downtown Victoria is walkable from the hotel, and there are no parking restrictions. There's parking on site, though it can fill up sometimes, and street parking is right outside.
