The staff were exceptional throughout, welcoming, attentive and thoroughly professional. Adil, the manager, was right on point and super professional. He gets a five-star review from me personally. The rooms need a major refresh. I refused to sit on the white couch in room 909 because it was so stained, and the elevators were in a particularly worrying condition. As an Ambassador Elite member who spends many nights each year at Marriott properties, I was surprised to encounter elevators in such poor and potentially unsafe shape. I haven't experienced that elsewhere in the brand. Until these issues are addressed, I'd hesitate to recommend this property.

I had a comfortable, pleasant one-night stay in December. The room was clean and check-in went smoothly. Special thanks to receptionist Miranto for her kindness and excellent service, which made the stay even better.

The hotel is quite old, the lobby was very dirty, and the facilities urgently need updating. On the fifth floor, housekeeping started slamming doors and banging on walls at 8 in the morning, so we couldn't sleep. Please improve this. The staff were excellent, though. They found a way to resolve all my problems, and I was very satisfied with their service.

The third-floor renovations look really nice, and I liked being connected to so many places through the underground tunnel at level C. I felt valued as a customer and Bonvoy member. I would have appreciated having the Bonvoy club lounge, though, and wish Marriott would bring it back to its Delta chains. This is our second stay here. The staff are nice and efficient, and Adil the manager made it extra pleasant by making sure issues were handled on time. Thieck and Emanuell from maintenance worked so hard, and Thieck would come at any time with a big smile. The front desk team are generally good too, especially Rahima. Tatiana, Geraldine and Mohamed in housekeeping were all very sweet and excellent.
