The Laundry Rooms Waterloo

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in was easy, and someone replied quickly to all our questions. We felt very safe and would stay again. It’s conveniently close to downtown, and we loved the adjoining restaurant LaLa's. The balcony is generously sized, and I’d love to sit out there in summer. It was subzero when we visited, brrr. The only trouble was that the Keurig didn’t work properly. There was a kettle but no tea, and I definitely need my caffeine in the morning. Luckily, a friendly neighbor kindly brought us Starbucks.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with a great view through all those windows. The shower products were amazing, so good they deserve an honorable mention. We wish we’d had more time to enjoy the place, but getting in was so long and stressful that by the time we reached the room, it was very late and we were exhausted. We also had a morning event. I booked through expedia and didn’t know I had to sign three forms sent in three separate messages. Parking was exhausting to navigate, and underground reception was spotty, so even though someone answered the phone right away, I had to walk around to get service. We eventually sorted it out, but the whole process was much too complicated.

We’ve stayed at this location twice now, and I’ll certainly book again. The Penthouse condo was modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities and large windows. As a corner unit, it had a great view. The location is excellent too, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The host was friendly and easy to reach with quick questions. The apartment and building were quiet and impeccable, and the place was pristine, modern, and well appointed with all the amenities. It’s right in the heart of Waterloo, with an amazing view. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s good access to street cars and buses if you’re using public transport. Highly recommend.
