TownePlace Suites West Kelowna

The view from our clean, quiet, comfortable room was beautiful, with the golf course, lake, and mountains all in sight. The bed was very comfortable, and they brought us extra blankets. We also enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub, both at great temperatures, and a delicious breakfast with lots of choices, including local items like zucchini relish. We loved our stay at towneplace. Mable was so kind and friendly when she checked us in, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We’ll stay again next time we’re in Kelowna.

The suite had an immediate wow factor, with more than 500 sq ft to relax, sleep, and cook. It was very well appointed in every way. This is the best TownPlace I’ve stayed at, a fantastic modern hotel with a great location and views.

The complimentary breakfast had a great range of choices, from traditional items to waffles and pancakes with plenty of toppings, and it was delicious. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were. They made us and our dogs feel at home, with daily dog treats, a dog bowl and mat for the outdoor patio that we could keep, and even a full bag of treats for our pups. TownePlace Suites by Marriott West Kelowna exceeded our expectations, especially as a place to travel with dogs.

Our 2-queen lake view room had a kitchen and a little patio where we could enjoy the views. It was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. There’s lots of parking, and most amenities are close by in a great area of West Kelowna. The hotel had a power outage the day we arrived, but the staff handled it calmly and professionally. We had no trouble checking in despite the outage. I look forward to coming back.
