Aava Whistler Hotel

The rooms and facilities were clean and well looked after, and the rates seemed reasonable for such a good ski location. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. There’s also a small fitness center and free valet service for skis. It’s a nice hotel, and I’d definitely book it again if I come back to ski here.

The staff and management were especially kind and welcoming, and I really felt the Canadian hospitality. My boyfriend and I stayed for one night, and I couldn’t have been happier with our hotel choice. The amenities were just right and the room was perfectly clean. Thanks for making it such a lovely stay ☺️

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and having a tub with hot water was a treat after a long day. We also enjoyed the gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub. The room had a Nespresso machine, and coffee was available in the lobby for $2.50, cash only. Parking on-site was convenient at an extra $26/day. Check-in was easy thanks to the really friendly, welcoming front desk team. Aava Whistler is only a few minutes from Whistler Village, so everything was close by. We had a great stay and I’d recommend it.

The location is a big plus, just a couple of minutes on foot from the village and food, and the Wi-Fi was good. The room was a good size, with a comfy, large king bed, hot showers, and excellent heating in winter. The spa and heated pool were crowded the whole time. Ski gear didn’t really dry in the cold, non-climate-controlled basement lockers. We stayed six nights, and on the fifth night it sounded like sumo wrestlers had moved in upstairs. The thumping was loud. If you can, choose a top-floor corner room for the quietest option.
