Although Pam, the manager, seemed to mean well, the communication, professionalism, and organization were seriously lacking. I had a frustrating and misleading attempt to book here. I was strung along for several days through a chain of sloppily written emails, then told the properties I'd been planning to book were already taken. No one told me there were others ahead of me in the booking queue, so I wasted a lot of time. Anyone looking for a vacation place in Whistler might save themselves the trouble by looking elsewhere.

Think twice before booking here. I booked and paid four months ahead, then got an email the day before arrival saying my booking was cancelled. We were in Lillooet that day. There was no explanation and no alternative accommodation, even though it was high season in Whistler. When I went to speak with her the next day, she didn't have the guts to show her face. All I saw was a sheet pinned to the front door with my name and “cancel!” Disgusting and terrible. This place isn't worth owning as a guesthouse!

The place was clean and nice. The owners were fairly tolerant and reasonable about our shenanigans as long as we kept things under control. I'd stay here again.
