The toilet overflowed after we reported it, and we had to use towels to clean up. Then they charged us for the extra towels. We were also accused of being extremely loud, though only my wife and friend were awake and talking. On top of that, they billed us $200 because we left a pizza box and a pan in the sink. This feels like a huge scam, and I’ll never book with them again. The staff member was sour and rude, blaming us for everything instead of helping. I think her name was charlotte. She should be taught how to speak to customers who spend their hard-earned money there.

We still haven’t had a response after trying several times to get released from our agreement. That lack of communication and care has been extremely frustrating. Our stays at Whiski Jack Resorts were also disappointing: the units had many maintenance problems that made things uncomfortable, parking was consistently unavailable, and staff interactions were unpleasant and unhelpful. This is the worst property we’ve encountered. We strongly advise people to stay away and hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the service and overall quality.

The lodge was right in the village, which meant we hardly needed the car, though parking wasn’t very accessible and it took us a while to find the place at first. We had a few hiccups during our recent stay, but the company responded and helped us out. Good service overall, and we’d stay here again.

It’s a huge, spacious condo in an amazing location, with a kitchen, several beds and bathrooms, and a jacuzzi. The shower has two heads and steam. Quite a place, especially when it’s free!

The front desk was very helpful whenever we had questions, and the unit had everything we needed for our two nights. We really enjoyed staying at the snowbird under whiski jack, and the hot tub was easy to get to and a great amenity. It was a bit too far to walk to the village, but only five minutes by car. I’d stay here again.
