The room itself was a treat, with an ocean and promenade view that made the sunset worth the price alone. It was clean, updated, and relaxing, with Wi-Fi, a small kitchenette and Keurig, a comfortable king bed, and a nice TV. The spot is hard to beat for walking to shops, restaurants, and the promenade. We got a great Priceline deal on a King Suite and would absolutely come back. We did arrive to a surprise, the whole lobby was being renovated. Check-in had been moved to a conference room with folding tables, and there was construction in the hallways, so I was concerned at first. Once we got into the suite, that worry faded. My only minor gripe was that the TV wouldn’t let us stream our own services or connect a phone. When renovations are done, I imagine the hotel will be even better.

Our spa suite had a beautiful ocean view, and the room was decorated with flower petals, chocolates, and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful, sharing several places of interest to visit. Parking was easy to find, and the small cafe on the main floor served us hot chocolate and coffee in the morning. A lovely, memorable stay, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for making our anniversary so special.

We arrived late and left the next day, so we didn’t get a chance to take good photos, but the hotel was fantastic value. Julian and the other late-night staff were especially kind and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, the location was ideal, and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. We visited the pier in the morning and the area around it was beautiful. We’ll stay here again.

You can’t beat the oceanfront location, and the view from our room was stunning. The hotel is quaint and beautiful, and our room was clean and gorgeous, with a king bed, fireplace, and little kitchenette. The staff were friendly, caring, and helpful at check-in. We’d definitely stay again, and only wish we could have stayed longer.

White Rock has its own quaint, welcoming charm, and I brought sunny, warm weather with me last month. My colleague and I each stayed at Ocean Promenade for two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the heated floors felt great after a long flight. Ahna and Jasmine were especially helpful and lovely. The whole team was great, but those two stood out for balancing professionalism with genuine warmth. Ocean Promenade is now my favorite place to stay when I visit Surrey. Extra thanks to both of them.
