Sand and Salt Bed & Breakfast

We were here for a staycation, and the breakfast was the best part, it was really good. But we checked in late and our room wasn’t quite ready. We went upstairs for a slice of lemon cake, which was nice, then settled in and found hair in the sink and toilet. After dinner and exploring, we got back around 11 pm and realized there was only one towel. When my wife went to look for another, an aggressive dog blocked her. It barked and growled for pretty much the whole night. I like dogs, but didn’t expect that at a relaxing place. The shower wasn’t great, so we shared the towel and got another one in the morning. We checked out pretty tired.

Terry and Dwayne were so welcoming and accommodating, and the view was hard to give up. Sunrises and sunsets over the shoreline with mount baker in view, just wow. It’s a stunning home-away-from-home, and I was enjoying it so much I forgot to take more photos. Thanks for such a luxurious stay! 🙏

Dwayne and Terry keep the place beautifully maintained, and the views from every window are incredible. After a great night’s sleep and a luxurious bath, I was already telling my fiance we should stay here again later this year.

We watched the sunrise over the ocean through the window, and the hosts were wonderful. It’s such a warm home, and they served a very full breakfast. I’d absolutely recommend it if you’re in White Rock!
