Hampton Inn by Hilton Winnipeg Airport/Polo Park

On my last business stay, noisy neighbors in the next room meant I needed to move, and the front desk got me into another room within minutes. Thanks especially to Golam for sorting it out. This is less than five minutes from the airport, the service is excellent, and the rooms are great. I stay every couple of months and would recommend it for business travel.

The service was awesome, even with breakfast refills happening close to closing time. The rooms are better than at Hilton Hotel itself, and the hallways are bright. The pool is also bright, a little small but decent. They have complimentary cookies at the front desk.

The property was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and you can tell the staff care. Breakfast is reasonably priced and has a good spread: eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, and oatmeal, so there's something for everyone to get going. There's also a nice range of amenities, including a pool and fitness facilities. A good fit for families or solo travelers, and it checked the main boxes for me at a reasonable price.

I'd stay again. The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful, and the hot tub was properly hot. Its jets run on an odd rotating cycle, though. A couple of room details need attention: some plugs cut out if the connector shifts, and the towel rack was only partly fixed to the wall.
