The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and decent, but the shower didn't work properly. The hotel is centrally located, though it isn't wheelchair accessible. Breakfast was very limited: you order from a menu and the chef prepares it, but there are only three choices. Wi-Fi also didn't work in my room. I enjoyed my stay overall, but I found the price too high for what they offer, and it didn't feel like a four-star hotel. It might be fine for a short visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for business.

The hot water came out yellow, room service wasn't done, and the breakfast included in my booking was only provided for one person even though I had booked for two. They also couldn't take credit cards because their machine wasn't working, and no one did anything to fix it, so we had to pay in cash in XAF. That disrupted the holiday plans I'd made. For a supposedly four-star hotel, it was all glitter and no substance. Very disappointing. I'll never come back, and Booking.com should remove it from its listings. Nobody should go there.
