I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel clearly takes kitchen and dining-area cleanliness seriously, with careful food handling and hygiene procedures in place. That attention to food safety gave me confidence in the way things are run behind the scenes. The staff were warmly welcoming from arrival through departure, with genuine smiles and professional standards alongside the personal service.

I use the pool regularly, and the staff there are attentive, caring, and professional, especially the lifeguards. Special thanks to Camara. The gym is also excellent, with modern equipment that's kept in good shape. From arrival, the welcome feels warm and professional, and everyone is helpful. The service is impeccable.

My first stay was disappointing, which is a shame because other Kempinski hotels in Africa have a much higher service standard. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, but check-in was slow and the reception staff didn't seem welcoming at all. Laura was the one person whose smile brightened my stay. If you arrive without a car, security at the entrance asks what you're there for. Breakfast felt limited for 25,000 FCFA, and the room service snack menu didn't offer much variety. I also waited 30 minutes to get the QR code for my room service order. I hope they improve.
