Sitting beside the river with a cold beer and those beautiful views was one of the best parts of our stay. We also had a fantastic four-course dinner from Chef David, and breakfast was just as good, especially the perfectly cooked eggs. We were only here for one night, but felt at home as soon as we arrived thanks to the warm welcome. Our room was roomy and really comfortable. Julie, who runs the hotel with her husband, clearly cares about the place, and the renovations underway have us curious to see how it turns out. The whole team was friendly and attentive, from the groundskeepers to the waiters and front desk. It made the atmosphere feel easy and relaxed. The hotel is already special, and we can’t wait to come back when the work is finished.

The food and drinks were good, and the service was really friendly. Our new room in a brand new bungalow was top level, five stars. Getting to the bar and restaurant meant quite a long walk, though there were lots of birds along the way, which made it pleasant. For us, this is one of the best hotels in Congo outside Brazzaville.

The setting by the river is lovely, with established gardens, and the rooms are nice. The food was good too. But we had a water outage, and the service was slow and slack. We left with mixed feelings. Management seemed difficult and not very customer friendly. It's a great place, but a stronger sense of hospitality from management would help.

The location is on the South Bank of the gently flowing river Nkeni, in the Plateaux Region, and it’s a wonderful place to stop for lunch or dinner, or get a refreshing night’s sleep. So relaxing, and worth the trip. Rooms were super clean and fresh, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Everything felt first class, and prices were lower than posted. Best hotel outside Brazzaville & Pointe Noire!

Just a short drive from Brazzaville, and the rooms are five star. The restaurant is top notch, with a phenomenal pastry chef. I don't think there's better value for your money anywhere in Congo.
