I stayed for four nights. The rooms are very basic, there’s no drinking water in them, and there’s no elevator. My door was messed up, too. I forgot my cell phone charger when I checked out and went back that afternoon, but they said it hadn’t been in the room.

No water or towel. The bathroom was in very bad condition, and there was no shower.

The room was spacious, and the hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was available most days, with croissants, salad, and fruit. There’s a small pool on the roof, but no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs.

For the price, I thought it was good value. The rooms and the rest of the place were roomy enough and clean, and it’s about 10 minutes from the airport and close to the city center. Breakfast is a limited buffet of croissants, fruit, and salad. Eggs or an omelette cost extra, and I think the buffet could offer more. Nearby, Pizzeria Fez, which has the same owner, serves really delicious pizzas and pasta.

A pleasant hotel in Pointe Noire.
