Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa - Relais & Châteaux

Dinner was excellent every night, and half board is the way to go. We booked directly with the hotel. The heated outdoor pool was exceptional, and the spa was well equipped. The hotel's courtesy bus is free and always ready to help with trips to the ski slopes and bus stop. The friendly, helpful staff made it feel like a home away from home.

The spa had everything: a cooler indoor pool, a warmer outdoor pool with jacuzzi, two steam rooms and three saunas. I loved the beautiful quiet room with its stunning Alpine view and unlimited free herbal tea. It's great that outside guests can book the spa, and the lunch package was nice too. I'll return! My only complaints were that the external sauna didn't open until after 4 pm, and one sauna wasn't hot enough. Still, it was great.

We’ve been coming back here regularly since 2016, and our visit last weekend was just as good as the others. The food was excellent again, and the place still offers outstanding value with a strong focus on guests. We’ll definitely return.

The spa is kept in good shape and works well, though the saltwater pool could be warmer. Our room was clean, the building is nicely decorated, and breakfast had very good food and plenty of options. The rest of the staff were okay too. Still, everything apart from that felt much like other hotels nearby, and the high price didn’t seem worth it. What really put a damper on our stay was the waitress at breakfast. There were already about five to eight occupied tables when we arrived around 8 a.m., but nobody came to seat us, so we chose an unnumbered table by the window. Halfway through breakfast, a waitress asked for our room number, said that the table belonged to room 213, which wasn’t ours, and walked off without another word. Her manner spoiled the meal for me. I wouldn’t pay such a high nightly rate to come back and deal with staff who don’t seem service-minded. Best wishes,
