The price is what's "Crazy" here. The idea is great, but the execution is poor. It's in an industrial zone, set in the parking lot of the mega store "Images et Atmosphere", right beside a very busy road. The place is much smaller than it looks in the photos. There's no reception, and you have to check in at the store, which isn't clearly signposted. The bathroom isn't in the rooms either, and that wasn't made clear when booking. People can wander around and look into the rooms and yurts, so there's little privacy. Everything in the "garden" is for sale. The restaurant looked nice, but after wandering around for 10 minutes looking for staff, I left and canceled my reservation. Even though the place was empty, I only got half my money back. I wouldn't recommend it, it's a tourist trap.

The "rooms" were dirty and dusty, and the place is incredibly expensive for the quality of service. I'm 190cm tall, not unusually tall, but couldn't stand up inside because the roof is only about 170-175 cm from the floor. There's just ONE toilet for the whole "lodge", and it's far from the room. We booked a room but couldn't add our dog in the options, even though dogs were accepted. They only said there might be extra costs for dog owners. The day after we left, they charged us 20CHF (25 euros, 25!!!!!!!!) for "The extra cleanings" they said they had to do. I'd like to know what they consider basic cleaning, because our room was abnormally dirty when we arrived. The staff were impolite and spoke only French, although they understood English perfectly. Choose somewhere else!

I found the rooms pretty affordable, and staying there was a pleasant experience. They're all themed, with three gipsy caravanes, a boat, and Mongolian tents. I stayed in one of the caravanes and liked it. The toilets and shower are separate, but clean. There's an Indian restaurant nearby with good food, though I would've appreciated a few more smiles.

The garden is decorated beautifully, and every bedroom has its own style, all done with a lot of love. The shower was very clean too. This place is super amazing, and I'd highly recommend it for a nice weekend with family or friends.

A very original place set in the middle of a Zen garden. The Jonque has so much attention to detail, and the location is ideal for exploring the wine region in summer or skiing in winter.
