The apartment was spacious, in an ideal spot, and had everything we needed. From my first enquiry through to later questions, the team replied quickly and with real care. The whole stay was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd highly recommend it.

The kitchen could use a few more things, and the only shower is over the bathtub, so you have to sit down to use it. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with easy parking, and the location was excellent.

The rooms are modern and spacious, with nice views, and the place is near the train station and Coop and Lidl. Most things were good, but the apartment needed a better clean before check-in. I spent time cleaning it myself to get it to the standard I expected after the previous tenants. There was no microwave, which I think should be standard, and the electronic key usually took me 2-5 tries before it would unlock the door.

The room smelled bad, and the cleaning team did nothing when I complained. I raised it for two weeks before they finally moved me to another room and admitted there was a problem. In that room, the thermostat didn't work. Once again, nothing was done after I complained, so I had to choose between staying in a stuffy room or letting the winter temperature bring it below 18C. The weekly cleaning and towel changes also kept being a problem.
