The owner, I assume, was incredibly kind and attentive. He made sure there was always a high chair at our table for our son, and gave us useful recommendations and feedback on how to spend our time. The location was wonderful, with a beautiful view from the hotel, a small grocery store right next door, and a ski lift just 200 meters away that leads to hiking trails. Parking was very convenient, and the restaurant food was delicious. Our room was clean and made with high quality materials. We stayed three nights to enjoy the Swiss Alps, and this was just perfect for us. I'd absolutely stay again. Thank you, Rössli, for such a lovely time!

We only stopped for ice cream after our hike, but ended up having a meal too. The food was so tasty, especially the shrimp and strawberry salad. My Flammkuchen could have used more toppings, though I ordered it without onions, so that's on me. ;) The terrace has lovely views, and the service was way above Swiss standards. The welcome was completely different from what we got at the restaurant across the street. They brought a water dish for our dog, and would have brought a high chair for the baby if he were bigger. Everyone was super friendly, with big smiles, and they even gave us moms roses on the way out! The bathroom was the best stocked one I've seen for changing a baby, with diapers, wipes, clean changing mats, little trash bags, and more, making for a very clean change. The bill was 90 chf for three people, including drinks, food, and ice cream. Top level service and a very fair price for a lovely meal!
