The restaurant food was excellent, and I had a really good stay. The staff were friendly, polite and happy to offer advice. The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend the place.

The restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was nice, spacious and clean. The only small drawback was the extra parking charge, especially with so many free spaces available, though I guess that's standard in many places these days.

The manager gives high quality service and does everything to make sure guests have a perfect stay. It's a friendly hotel right in the middle of Andermatt, with a nice, affordable restaurant. They also have a couple of spacious, clean apartments that work perfectly for families.

We had very good, friendly service and the suites were fairly priced. The location was perfect, and there was underground parking for a fee. The restaurant was very good too, with Asian cuisine when we visited in 03/2024.

The staff made us feel like family. The service, food and location were incredible, and we'll definitely stay again.
