Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen, Andermatt

The lobby was especially welcoming, with two fireplaces and lots of room to lounge, play games, or eat. Our rooms were quiet, the windows opened, and the bathrooms were spacious and lovely. There’s also a great spa, an attached garage, and a really nice ski storage area. The staff were attentive and welcoming. We loved the hotel and Andermatt, where everything is close by and there’s plenty to do even without skiing. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Meeting some lovely people was one of the best parts of this stay. I want to thank Bessy from the kitchen, Matilda, the housekeeping manager, and sweet Laura, who greeted me with a warm smile every morning at breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a very convenient area, and had every amenity I could imagine. I never got tired of enjoying it day after day. This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly and am already looking forward to coming back.

Every morning’s breakfast was a pleasure, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and a wide selection. Special thanks to the breakfast chef for the careful preparation, professionalism, and friendliness. 👏

The hotel is well located, family friendly, and great for babies. There’s even a baby and kids pool at 30 degrees, which is great. Food was excellent at both the restaurant and breakfast, and the restaurant, especially the manager, and the bar staff, particularly Abygaelle, were amazing and gave excellent service. Reception were kind and great too. Requests were followed up wonderfully across reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and the other services. One thing I’d suggest is better breakfast service. It’s not great having to queue for coffee at a machine, even if it uses beans.
