The room was generously sized, and the view from both the window and balcony was amazing. The location was good too, so I had a very enjoyable stay. It would have been better with a fridge and coffee machine in the room, and breakfast could be improved.

The rooms have amazing views, and the hotel is right in the center. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the prices stayed good even in peak season. The one downside is that there's no breakfast at the hotel, so you have to go to the bakery next door.

Being so close to Coop and a bus stop, both about a minute away, was handy. The hotel also has a restaurant open to guests and other visitors, with a changing menu of tasty dishes. Breakfast was pretty standard, though the dining area has a perfect view over Arosa. Staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming, and our room was good for the price. A room facing the mountains is the better pick for enjoying the view. The sauna, relaxation room and solarium were great too.

Peter and Lilliana were incredibly gracious, and the location was perfect. Most things were just a few minutes away on foot, and the Arosa bus stopped right outside for everywhere else. Our room was large, clean and uncluttered. I can safely say this is the nicest hotel I've stayed in while travelling.
