The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was reasonably decent, but the rooms feel very dated and the place needs a refresh. The bar was terrible. The WiFi was absolutely awful, like staying in a hostel, with a separate ticket needed for every device as if it were 1999. For what we paid, this certainly didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. And they even included a baby crib for our imaginary child.

The shuttle to the slopes and train station was great. If you’re coming by train, just call with your arrival time and they’ll pick you up. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of choice and fresh eggs cooked how you like them. The spa is in great shape and has been renovated recently, though it’s a bit small and closes at 6:30, which feels early if you want to use it after skiing. The rooms could use a refresh. The hotel was fine overall, and I’d go back.
