The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Our price included a ski pass, breakfast and dinner as part of Arosa all inclusive. It's on a hill, so there's an uphill walk from the Rathaus bus stop, though you can drive right to the door.

The rooms were very clean and suited the building's own distinctive charm, though they were a little dated. We felt very comfortable and had a fantastic holiday. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the food was top-notch, and the hiking and cycling tours offered were varied and took place in stunning natural surroundings. We'd love to come back.

I found it easy to meet other guests here, as there were many solo travelers and the activities brought people together. The mountain bikes were in good condition and well maintained, and the rooftop sauna with its fantastic view was very popular. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. They kept refilling things even toward the end when items ran out. There were hiking and mountain biking tours on four days that week, and all the ones I joined were wonderful. Dinner was delicious, with soup, salad, a main course and dessert every time. Everything was served at the table except raclette. Drinks were inexpensive for Switzerland: water (0.5l) 1.80 CHF, Hefeweizen (0.5l) 6.60 CHF, wine spritzer 4 CHF, juice spritzer (0.5l) 4.80 CHF, and cappuccino 4 CHF. My first Frosch trip was a very pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend it, and it certainly won't be my last Frosch vacation.
