The location is convenient, with plenty of parking outside, and the room has a homely feel from all the wooden furniture. But when we arrived late, after reception had closed, we found there was no bed in the room. There was nobody on duty at night to ask for help. We had to sleep on the floor using a makeshift mattress, and there wasn’t a towel either. The toilet was very dusty. It was not a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed on a half board basis and really enjoyed the food, which was delicious, nicely presented, and made with local ingredients. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was faultless. It’s a lovely dog friendly hotel. We’ll definitely return.

The staff were kind, friendly, and competent, and the restaurant served traditional food that was very tasty. Our room was cozy and clean, with a stunning mountain view. The hotel is conveniently placed, just a few minutes on foot from the main station and the main cable car to the middle skiing station.

I visited a friend who was staying here, and we had dinner at the Restaurant. The place felt homey and comfortable, and both the food and service were super. Next time I want to stay here too!!!
