Hôtel Sonnenhalde, The Originals Relais

People were friendly and helpful, and dogs are welcome. The rooms were comfortable, with a private spa, at a great location in Innerarosa. We’ll definitely go back 😊

A cozy hotel, quite close to the lift and the free bus service. The comfort style room was surprisingly big and had nice touches like wine glasses. Service was top notch and breakfast was nice. Ask for your preferred kind of egg. I only found out on the second day that they make more than one type, and coffee too :) Happy to stay again.

The hotel has excellent views and is only about a 2 minute walk from ski shops and Kulm gondola. The staff were friendly, and the room and bed were comfortable, with the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Breakfast tasted good, with a nice range of teas and jams and well cooked eggs, though the choices were a little limited, as you might expect from a classic continental breakfast. At night the room was very hot, even with the radiator off when it was -10 outside, and I didn’t want to sleep with the balcony door open. In Room 219 the shower itself was nice, but the shower head wouldn’t stay put, so I had to stand right in the corner.

This was my third stay at the Hotel, this time with a Baby. The Staff were very thoughtful, gave us the room that suited us best, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll go there again!
