The food was delicious, and room service was excellent. At Wald Hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help, with top-notch reception and service. Everything was managed so well, and the management team made us feel welcome. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to return. We highly recommend experiencing this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night vacation. The employees were professional, helpful, and friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The facilities were excellent, and both breakfast and the 5 course dinner were high quality. I would highly recommend staying at the Waldhotel. David. England.

Our room was a real wow, and the views of the mountain from the balcony were gorgeous. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and spoke really fluent English. The recently renovated reception area looks fab, and there's a really lovely squirrel walk nearby.

The spa area is beautiful, with lots of different sauna options, and breakfast was perfect. It was the first hotel I’d been to with a juice bar. Every evening, we looked forward to the 5 course menu, with each course a great experience. The staff were especially amazing, so kind, and made our stay unforgettable. For my husband's birthday, they surprised us with a handwritten birthday card and cake. Everything was top notch, and this hotel should have 5 stars instead of 4. Thank you to the whole team for making our weekend birthday trip incredible.

The rooms are dated, but clean and large, and the soundproofing could be better. The staff are wonderful, though the restaurant staff can be a bit pushy about drinks.
