I had the worst experience with the customer service. I’m Spanish, and we came for the summer festival with two Swiss friends. We’d booked for two people because we didn’t know the hotel’s rules. When we arrived, she said there was an extra charge, which was completely fine with us. Later, one friend and I had a small disagreement about the booking outside in the patio. I can speak a bit loudly sometimes. When I went in, she refused to check me in and told my friends I was on drugs and couldn’t stay. That assumption was rude and completely false. The hotel also has no air conditioning, so don’t waste your time booking there.

For a trip around the area, especially by car, this is a great place if you’re not planning to stay in your room all day. The rooms are very clean, practical, and comfortable enough, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. The owner is always friendly, and breakfast is decent too. It was my second visit, and the value for money is hard to beat.
