Jey, the Front Office Manager, deserves a heartfelt thank you for his professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to detail. He really lifts the guest experience. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the service was impressive throughout my stay at Ibis Barr. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a selection of five cheeses including Tête de Moine, Comté, and Swiss cheese. It honestly compares with breakfast at a 4-star hotel. Every aspect, from courtesy and comfort to the overall standards, was far beyond what I expected. This Ibis sets a very high bar. I highly recommend it and would gladly come back.

The rooms are very compact, but they were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the price was very good value. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I thought the hotel would be closer to Zug, though it's conveniently right across from Baar train station. A very good stay.

Berfin was helpful when we stopped by the Cafiteria the next day, and Angelica made check-in easy and shared useful ideas for things to do in Zurich. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

The staff were excellent, and the place felt very clean and safe in a great location. Lake Zug is only a short bus or train ride away. It is pricey, even by Swiss standards, but I'll be back.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel badly needs renovating. My room was small and smelly, with a cramped bathroom and dirty carpets. Breakfast was the same every day, with no changes.
