The beds are good, and there’s parking behind the hotel. The quality was okay, though breakfast wasn’t included. There’s only one shower and one toilet shared by the whole floor, with neither in the rooms.

I’ve stayed here twice now. The owners are hearty and served us like we were at a 5 star hotel. It’s just a 9 minute walk from the train station, with beautiful views all around. Highly recommend.

It’s clean and cheap, and breakfast is okay. Fine for crashing overnight after dinner nearby. But reception came across as brusque and unwelcoming, and nobody apologized for losing my reservation.

I explained by email that I cancelled the three nights eight months ago, so I shouldn’t be charged for them. With the Covid-19 pandemic, I couldn’t have travelled overseas anyway. Maybe this was a booking system error, maybe something else, but it shouldn’t have happened. I’m going to dispute the transaction.

A clean hotel with nice rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The location is picturesque too.
