We ate at several of the on-site restaurants and enjoyed every one. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the attention to detail was top notch. The only thing I could fault was that the weather wasn’t perfect every day, so I’m clearly struggling to find something wrong. We’ll visit again.

The suite was big enough for me, with a view of the Heidi /Bad Ragaz mountains. I liked the idea of having two bathrooms, with a separate one for bathing and so on. At first the coffee machine didn’t work and water was stuck in the sink, but housekeeping fixed both after I spoke with them.

Our company’s clients really love this spa hotel. The cuisine is excellent, and there’s a wine library for the most demanding guests. Wellness treatments are excellent too, and the service is great. The hotel was excellent when I arrived, and the spa was fabulous. Breakfast service, though, was dreadful. I had to ask for my cappuccino, water, and to place my order, and they paid me no attention. For a 5 star hotel, I think that’s really bad.

I emailed several times to cancel my reservation and got no reply. When I called, someone confirmed the cancellation. Then on the reservation date, I got a call saying they were expecting me, and I explained exactly what I’ve written here. Now I’m getting a notification saying I was a guest and can write a review. You need to fix your system.
