Friendly, attentive staff made the stay nice. The place is right in the old town, with plenty of nearby places to shop and eat, and it gives you a glimpse of Switzerland's history and culture.

The staff are nice, and the rooms are clean. Location is very good, but reception is only there on Tuesday and Friday mornings. They also clean the room and change the towels just once a week.

Everything is within walking distance from this quiet place in central Basel. The rooms were very clean, service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

8/10
The rooms are bright and nicely laid out, and the location is super convenient. Clean enough, though they could have done a bit more cleaning.

Lovely apartments in a very central spot. A little expensive, though probably still below the Swiss average.
