We liked the lobby’s self-service kiosk and coffee machine, and otherwise had a good weekend stay. The room had what we needed without being fussy, with an adequately spacious shower and okay beds. The pillows weren’t very comfortable, but we should have brought our own medical pillows. In room 520, the window handle was missing, so street noise and cold air kept coming in. Apart from that, everything was great.

What keeps me coming back after more than three years of work trips is the staff. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, professional, and helpful in every situation. Thank you very much if you’re reading this! The location near the train station is very convenient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though simple.

Amina let us check in early in the morning after our flight landed in Basel early, and that service made our stay. Everything was spotless and comfortable. We were very happy here and would gladly come back.

A good base for day trips, with Basel SBB nearby. The room is small but clean, cozy, well equipped, and has comfortable beds and a nice shower. I liked having the light controls by the bed so I could switch everything off before sleeping. There’s no fridge, though, and only a microwave in the lobby. Free luggage storage is available. The toilet light kept switching itself off every few minutes while I was in there, so I had to wave my hands to turn it back on. I’d prefer a manual light.
