The staff were really kind and helpful, and the location was excellent, with good tram connections. The room felt warm and cozy, though there was quite a bit of dust and the bed was just so-so. We slept okay anyway. There was a food smell in the halls, but it wasn't too bad. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

The room was a little small, but it worked absolutely fine for me as a solo traveler. I had a nice stay, and the location was good.

A solid four. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and public transit nearby made it pretty quick and easy to get where I needed to go.

A helpful staff, comfy beds, a mini fridge and a bathroom with marble finishes made our room a nice place to stay. The location is in Basel's hotel neighborhood, with two tram lines just steps away. There's a proper convenience store across the road and lots of restaurants to choose from.

We stayed one night in mid-September, when it reached 31 C. The room, toilet, towels and sheets were clean, and the location was great. But the heat was intolerable. There's no AC, and the small table fan did nothing for us. It was also very noisy, with doors slamming and people shouting and running in the hallway. The shouting only stopped around 1 a.m. At 1.81 cm tall, my feet stuck out past the end of the bed. The refrigerator didn't work, and a few bathroom items were broken, with some fixed using tape. We also don't like sharing one big duvet, especially when the room is 30 C.
