Nothing positive to point out, zero score. On arrival, there was nobody to check us in, and someone only came to open the door after we phoned, even though we'd booked in advance. The room was relatively small and not very well cleaned, especially the bathroom. The restaurant was closed both when we arrived and when we left. I don't know where we were supposed to have the breakfast included in our booking, since the access door to the restaurant was shut. We simply didn't get breakfast. At checkout, nobody was there except a cleaning employee, who casually took the key. Very bad hotel, I don't recommend it.

The rooms were clean enough, and the people were friendly, but it got uncomfortably warm and there weren’t many electrical outlets. The area can also be rowdy at night. It was okay overall, with the main plus being that it cost less than many places to stay in CH.

For the price, and with the train station so close, the stay was okay. The room could use an update and wasn’t especially clean. Just so you know, the hosts speak only Italian.

We didn’t eat the breakfast. From its appearance and smell, we suspected the food wasn’t fresh and might be unsafe. It was the worst breakfast we’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
