Hine Adon Apart Hotel Bern-Airport

A very bad stay. How could the hotel management and QoS team give a new guest a suite that smelled so bad? I called the hotline to get it fixed, but they said they couldn't do anything and that I should stay in the room for my only night. They said it would be dealt with the next morning.

The area around the hotel was peaceful, and being right by Belp railway station made the location superb. I could see the station from my room. Our rooms were very clean, tidy, and worked well for four people. Check-in was smooth, with staff guiding me through it. They were also really helpful and attentive whenever problems were reported. I feel lucky to have found such a pleasant place to stay, by God's grace.

It's a long way outside the city, though the terrace rooms have a calm, refreshing view. I started in a regular room with no window while it was 30 degrees outside, then upgraded to a terrace room, which was okay. One catch is that there's no guarantee of a fan in the room.

We had a big balcony on the third floor, and the hotel was clean and spacious. The location was very good too, just a five-minute walk to the train station and 25 minutes by car to Thun.
