4/10
The restaurant and breakfast were both very good, and I liked the sauna, though it has no separate changing areas for men and women. The rooms are tiny, with the toilet and shower separated from the room only by a glass wall. The toilet door doesn’t close all the way and sits about a meter from the bed. The equipment throughout feels old. The fitness room was 28 degrees between the pool and sauna, and the hair dryer stopped working after a minute. Even with the good food, I wouldn’t come back.

After getting back late from a conference, I found the bed sagged like a hammock, the pillows were completely flat, and the shower drain wasn’t working. Breakfast was 19 francs and about as low quality as it gets. I waited 45 minutes for someone to refill the empty egg tray, but nobody did. A very disappointing one-night stay.

10/10
A clean room and bathroom, with the sauna, breakfast, and parking included. The hotel is a few tram stops from the city center, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The spa was a nice included extra, and you can book a massage there too. My room was clean and the hotel was nice. The pillows felt too flat to me, though that’s a personal preference.

10/10
The rooms were a little small and bare, but everything was very clean and the staff were excellent. Service was great, too. It’s in a pleasantly quiet area, and it’s worth considering if you can get a good deal.
