The bed, cushions, and room space all turned out even better than we expected. We’ve only just arrived, but the reception staff were so welcoming and kind that check-in was a real pleasure. We’re off to a fantastic start. Highly recommend!

The hotel is central and close to the train station, which makes it a good fit for business travel, a short stay, or a day trip. I was satisfied with what I paid for the experience. Check-in went smoothly, though I was a little surprised they needed my credit card. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. My room was clean and spacious. I’d have preferred a bathtub, but the large shower made up for it; the towels were fine, while the bathroom products weren’t really my taste, just a personal preference. The view from the window wasn’t special, but that didn’t matter since I wasn’t there to sightsee from the room.

The receptionist at Hotel Savoy made my arrival and check-in really pleasant. She greeted me warmly and was professional, polite, attentive, and always smiling. I’m a driver, and her helpful approach made everything go smoothly. I don’t know her name, but this was on 17/05/2026 around 7:15. Even the clients I picked up had the same impression 😊

10/10
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and we had a delicious, plentiful breakfast every morning. Our room was ready early and we got a free upgrade for our anniversary. The front desk also gave us directions and recommendations around the city. There are lots of cafes nearby, and the station is a short, direct walk away. Everything went so well from check-in to the last day, when we didn’t want to leave. The staff were so kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and had the facilities we needed, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. The fire alarm went off on 26/5/69, and the emergency response was handled well.
