The room was huge, with a very comfortable bed, a spacious, luxurious bathroom, and a balcony overlooking a charming neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to the train station, restaurants, shops, and attractions, so it worked really well for passing through town. I’d definitely stay again.

For a one-night stay, this was great value and the service was friendly and easy. As a GHA Platinum member, I got an upgrade, welcome drink vouchers, fruit, snacks, and extra bottled water. The room was modern, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is right in the city centre, close to the main station, with a mostly underground walking route and some escalators that made getting there with heavy luggage easier.

The old town is only two minutes away, and it’s an easy walk from the station to restaurants and attractions. The room was cozy with enough space for two. The bathroom was fine, though the frosted glass door left a small gap and didn’t close all the way. I’d stay here again.

The one drawback is parking: for a hotel of this standard, I think it should have parking on site or at least offer a discounted option. Otherwise, the central location, spotless room, and very helpful staff made this a great stay. The price felt right for what you get, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Bern.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was delicious, and Orlando and Costa welcomed us warmly and helped us when we arrived. We stayed one night at the NH Hotel in Bristol with our children, aged 11 months and 2.5 years. Their room was ready with two clean, comfortable baby cots. A very pleasant stay.
