We loved the amazing view and how easy it was to ski in and out from this beautiful hotel. The staff made the experience feel high quality.

The food was a real highlight. I had wild boar with risotto for dinner, then the included buffet breakfast, which had loads of options: four cheeses, sliced ham, and the perfect boiled egg. I loved this friendly, family-run hotel. My single room, number 47, was small but comfortable, with a wash basin, soft bedding, a fabulous mattress, and a desk and chair. The south-facing balcony had lovely flowers and beautiful views. I shared the bathroom, and the hotel was an easy 10-minute walk from the ski lift. Reception was fantastic and spoke English, with helpful tips for planning my weekend. All the staff were welcoming. I was in the beautiful old chalet annex next door, while the main building has a lounge and a children's playroom. Thank you all for a fabulous stay ❤️

The property managers were fantastic and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and included with the room. I had a single room on the third floor with an amazing view, and the place had the feel of a traditional Swiss chalet. It's very close to Bettermhorn Lift, which is handy for hiking and biking.

We chose half-board during low season, and the dinners were very tasty. The breakfast was lovely too. Our three-night stay at the Hotel Alpfieden was quiet, very clean, and came with amazing views. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

After a day out exploring, we were glad to warm up indoors with their delicious goulash. We were in the clouds and mist that day, so sitting inside was just right. The service was perfect too. Thanks!
