The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. You can hear through the walls a bit, though I've stayed in much noisier places. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they handled last-minute changes quickly and graciously. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout. Michelle was especially warm, pleasant, and professional, and Suzy brought a lot of fun while staying efficient and personable. I can't remember the names of the others who helped us, but everyone we met made a great impression. Thank you!

For Switzerland, this is very good value, and the service is very good too. The staff are friendly. The rooms look a little dated, but they're still comfortable. A great place to stay.
