The owner was very friendly and helpful, but the apartment fell short of what we expected. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, and sits right on the main road. There’s no garden or place to sit outside, and the gloomy balcony has no view. Interlaken is about 45 minutes away, though the winding drive gets tiring.

We loved staying here. My son and I spent five days in the house in July 2016, and eating on the balcony while looking out at nature through the windows was a real pleasure. Lotti and Hans were so polite, friendly, and helpful. The place had two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen, with everything a house should have, including Wi-Fi and even a PC. There was parking out front and a barbecue area behind the house.

The road is very winding, and the location was difficult for us. The river is nearby, but there’s nowhere to sit beside it, and not much around the apartment. The nearest supermarket is 8 km away. It’s 45 km from Interlaken and 25 km from Gstaad. The apartment is on the main street, above the owner’s home on the second floor, with a workshop and shop on the ground floor. The elderly owners were kind, though they speak only their own language, so we communicated with gestures. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was an iron and electrical outlets.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean apartment. The owners were very kind, and the kitchen was fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer were included.
