The apartment worked well for four of us, with a comfortable lounge and a balcony we enjoyed using. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, iron, and fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi was pretty good too. We stayed two nights with friends. The location is handy for walking by the lake, and the lake views were lovely, though the weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy much time outdoors. A few people have said the door doesn't lock, but that's not right. Each apartment has its own door, and there's also a shared outside access door that guests are responsible for keeping closed. You can lock your apartment entrance easily, so we had no safety concerns. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The owner was friendly and really nice, and the room was spacious, clean, and had what we needed. It looked like the photos, too. The location was great, very close to the station. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, and Brienz station is very close. From here, the lake and mountains make for a wonderfully peaceful view. Five stars hardly covers it.

I've never met a worse owner. She was so rude. Don't even consider renting this apartment, it was the worst.
