We chose this place for one night before taking the Bernina Express because it's so close. The property looks good, has been completely renovated, and has an elevator, but the room was tiny and hard for two people to move around in. The bunk beds creaked whenever either of us moved and kept us awake, and the room wasn't well soundproofed. The sink was the worst part: more like a hand basin outside the bathroom, and impossible to use without splashing water onto the floor. Everything was automated, so we didn't see any staff, and opening the room required connecting to the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was fruit and packaged croissants for self-service. For €150 a night, one night was enough.

We'd gladly come back. This is a very clean, modern bed and breakfast with easy self check-in and check-out. The contact person is always reachable by phone, and the price-performance ratio is excellent.

The place is just a few hundred meters from the Italian border, with Tirano for the Bernina Express and a train stop also within walking distance. Rooms are quiet and simply, functionally furnished, with adjustable temperatures. Check-in is convenient, and a PIN link opens both the front door and your room. Snack and coffee machines on the ground floor make it easy to grab a quick breakfast before your train. Highly recommended.

The location is superb, and the conditions are very good. The rooms are clean, well arranged, and have everything you need. Everyone was kind.
