It's handy to be close to the historical center, and our spacious apartment was well furnished and right in front of the cable car. The room has a nice view, though it faces the parking area and cable car. Spa access is included, but under-16s aren't allowed. In low season there's lots of free parking, plus an EV charging station. Bring your own pillows, the ones there are just terrible!
Slow internet that kept dropping made it quite hard to get work done. The restaurant on New Year's Eve was a big letdown too. The service was far below expectations, and the chef seemed arrogant and uninterested in fixing anything. My soup came five minutes after my main course. When the main dish finally arrived, the promised sides were missing and came ten minutes later. Portions of the same dish weren't consistent either. There were good things about the apartment hotel: it was impressively clean, and the quality materials in the apartments made for a pleasant atmosphere. The ski facilities were well equipped, the wellness area was lovely after a day on the slopes, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The apartments were also well insulated from noise, so I slept well, which I really appreciated. Overall, there are many positives, but the internet and dining problems really affected my stay. I hope they can address them in the future.
We stayed in summer, and the lift was still very useful, taking us straight to a fantastic hiking area. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the ski lift. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, and the price was very reasonable for what the resort offers. Everything felt top quality, from the kitchen utensils to the beds and furniture. Thanks for a great stay!
Yoga after skiing and the kids’ club made the week especially fun for us. We spent Christmas at SwissPeak Vercorin, and the duplex and facilities were top-notch. The location worked perfectly for skiing, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A memorable family stay, and one we’d happily recommend. ✨
We booked 7 nights, but left after 2 because the room was so hot and the children in the apartment above kept running around noisily. When we raised it with the lobby staff, she said it wasn’t their responsibility to ask the kids to be quiet. I feel they should at least remind the parents that other guests are being disturbed. Calling this ‘normal’ in an apartment came across as rude and unprofessional.
