Check-in was quick, even with all 38 of us arriving together. We stayed three nights and found the rooms clean, well kept, and roomier than we expected compared with other hotels. Skipping daily housekeeping came with complimentary apples and chocolates, a nice green incentive. We also used the basic gym, though we didn't eat at the hotel. A good option for a large group.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, and breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality. My room was quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and especially spacious. The in-room coffee machine was a welcome extra for a three-star hotel. Though it's officially rated three stars, it felt closer to four to me. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Zug area for comfort, service, and good value.

Toni was a lovely waiter and told us a lot about Switzerland, including how self-sufficient the country is. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, with large lifts, and the bedrooms had a fridge and safe. I slept really well, especially with the shutter blinds making the room dark, and the beds were good. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of space, though my husband found the hot food wasn't hot. Switzerland was amazing and everyone we met was so friendly. Thanks for making our tour pleasurable.

The food was horrible, and when water was spilled on you, they didn't even apologize. You can't adjust the room temperature, and the place smells like cow manure. They seem stingy about everything. Honestly, probably anywhere else would be better.

We stayed here as Indian tourists on our EU group tour. They arranged nice Indian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the hospitality was good. The location in Zug is convenient.
