Catherine was so friendly and helpful. The hostel is warm and clean, right in the centre of Chambéry beside the Co-op and cable car. The kitchen has everything you need, and the showers get nice and hot. It would work really well for a ski trip too. I'd definitely stay again!

The terrace has a lovely mountain view, and there's a supermarket right beside the hostel. My room and the showers were lovely and everything was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff even waited for me when I booked at the last minute. One of the best backpackers I've stayed in!

I spent a week at Le Petit Baroudeur and had such a good time. The rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed, and the whole hostel was very clean. Catherine gave me a lovely welcome. You're just two minutes from both the gondola and train station, with a supermarket next door, and the kitchen is well equipped. Guests also get free access to the sports center and discounts at some village shops and restaurants. Couldn't ask for more!

I had the whole place to myself and really enjoyed it. The living room is cozy, with a smart TV, and there was nothing I needed that was missing. It's right by the train station but still very quiet, with a supermarket next door. Nicely put together and it felt like home. I'd recommend it!

Really nice atmosphere, and it was easy to connect with people. Amazing hostel. Hopefully I'll get to come back sometime!
