Le Chalet de l'Atelier

The room was very clean and nice, with a cozy nest feel mixed with a modern chalet style, though it was also very small. Jessica welcomed us. We arrived at 13:00 and knew the room might not be ready, but we expected to get in around 15:00. The earliest check-in was 16:00, which made us late for our planned hike. Not a huge deal, but worth keeping in mind when planning your arrival. The Multipass information was unclear too. As a guest, you can only get it the day after your first night, after 13.30 pm, so access is very limited. There were also too few cards available, and we had to wait for other guests to check out. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Based on the photos and reviews, we expected something amazing, but got only a croissant and bread roll with jam and butter. There was no meat, cheese, egg, or fruit, and we paid extra for it on top of the room. If you need more than that, I’d recommend eating breakfast elsewhere instead of booking it with the chalet. The stay was okay, but in my opinion it was definitely overprized for what we got. I mean this as constructive criticism, and hope it helps future travellers or the chalet.
