The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. It’s an okay place for a couple of nights, though there’s another hotel nearby that costs a little more and seems much better value. The reception smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which might put a few people off, and breakfast was lacking. I’d stay here again if my first choice were full, but it’s my second choice.

Travelers in Chiasso should support this family run hotel instead of the international chains. The staff are friendly and lovely, and the family is doing the best it can for the community. I wish them all the best.

It’s been five days and I still haven’t heard back. I sent an inquiry about booking and got no response after two days. The website looks very outdated, so I worry the hotel may be outdated and overpriced too. If you’re coming for the Milan fair, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s hard to plan, and if you booked, it might be overbooked.

The receptionist was wonderful, polite, helpful, and full of useful information and advice. The hotel is close to the motorway and train station. Our room was huge, clean and tidy, and the bathroom was just as clean. Highly recommended!

Check-in and check-out were both very fast. The room was dark, quiet, and comfortable, which suited me well as a night worker. Decent enough place.
