The train makes it easy to get around, and this is a good way to avoid the crowds and prices in Como or Lugano. I booked for my elderly mother and brother, and they felt at home as soon as they arrived. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. From outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but the young couple running it are warm and welcoming and do all they can to make guests comfortable. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We had everything we needed in a clean, comfortable room. The staff were always ready to help, and did it with a smile. Their service and care for the details made the stay really pleasant. Highly recommended!

Matteo was a kind, honest and friendly host, and Argo was lovely too. His dog is well trained and behaved perfectly. The room felt spacious and modern, with quality materials and design, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a five-minute walk to the train station, and close to the Italian border and Lake Como. My friends and I will definitely come back for another vacation.

The manager is such a friendly, helpful guy and goes out of his way to make you happy. You’d be hard-pressed to find a friendlier place to stay in chiasso. It’s a boutique hotel with classic charm, simple but stylish, and spotlessly clean.

Quiet nights, clean facilities, and good parking options made for a very nice stay. It’s also close to lake como, and the host gave us excellent restaurant recommendations nearby. A great hotelier and host. 10/10.
