Central Hotel Post Chur

Breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of choices. It was also a real help that it started at 7am for anyone catching the Bernina Express. We stayed in a three-person comfort room with a shared bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem since the bathroom was very clean. The room itself was clean too.

Vanessa was a huge help when our flight was canceled. She arranged an extra night for us that same day, let us switch rooms before check-in time, and was sympathetic and knowledgeable. The hotel also offers discounts for museums and parking, plus public transport benefits and more. Our requests, like extra pillows, were always taken care of. It’s centrally located within walking distance of the station, supermarkets, churches, and museums. Breakfast was abundant, with boiled eggs, fresh bread, croissants, jams, cheese, ham, fruit, vegetables, and a good espresso machine. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

The room was large and spotless, and the hotel feels modern, with a bar and restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast, though we ate dinner out. The staff were nice and the location was great. There were also great viees of the Matterhorn.

A handy hotel for an overnight stop before the Bernina express, with helpful staff and a great breakfast. The room was nothing special for the price, but there was enough space for our family of 4.
